Duo Jackson

We live in a rural environment on a 5 hectare organic property 13 kilometres from Nelson. Our home, ‘Escondida’ tucked into the hillside, overlooks beautiful Tasman Bay. We have  free ranging chickens, a productive vegetable garden and a developing orchard .

We have two daughters. Amaryllis, an Artist and Fleur, a musician &  two grandchildren. The beauty, peace and quiet of the location are ideal for our home based recording studio. The serenity of the place gives us an inspiring venue for our music composition and study, music teaching and the house concerts we host.

Several times a year we are on tour giving concerts. While most tours are within New Zealand, we have also toured many times in Australia and performed in New Caledonia, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, France, Singapore, Sabah, England and Spain

Many friends come to visit , sharing good food and wine, philosophy and magical bush walks.
